Pick-up truck without cargo
In order to reserve an open-box or pick-up truck, it is necessary that it does not transport any type of goods, materials, or objects that are not considered as luggage or sports equipment, and its total length does not exceed 5.5 meters.
Only open-box trucks that transport luggage or sports equipment such as bicycles will be considered for reservations; luggage or sports equipment is limited to one piece per passenger.
The luggage or sports equipment traveling in the open box is solely the responsibility of the passenger.
Cardboard boxes or parcels are not considered as pieces of luggage or sports equipment.
The reservation guarantees the spot up to 45 minutes before the selected route, after this time it will be considered a no-show and subject to service availability.
Open-box or pick-up trucks that have a reservation and do not meet the requirements will automatically lose their space and will be required to pay the tariff level change, remaining subject to service availability.
motorcycles
To make a reservation for a motorcycle, you must consider the following requirements:
Only two-wheeled motorcycles are eligible for reservations.
Motorcycles with 3 or 4 wheels or with a sidecar are not eligible.
Only 2 people are allowed per motorcycle.
The reservation guarantees the motorcycle’s space up to 45 minutes before the selected route. After this time, it will be subject to service availability.
Any motorcycle that has a reservation and does not meet the requirements will automatically lose its space and will be required to pay the tariff level change, remaining subject to service availability.
COMPACT FAMILY VEHICLE - LEVEL 1
- Regardless of the size, it fits within the family level (with or without load).
- An empty pickup truck is classified as family level; however, with load and/or logos on the doors, it moves to level 3. With load, any equipment, material, tool, or supply used for its commercialization or sale is considered as such. (Luggage, personal sports equipment like windsurf boards, bicycles, grocery shopping, pets, are not considered as load).
FAMILY SUV - LEVEL 2
Family vehicles with cargo. Some family vehicles might be used for commercial purposes; however, they cannot be considered as cargo due to their limited capacity for this activity and their inherent definition as family cars.

COMMERCIAL USE PICKUP TRUCK (ESTAQUITAS, DOUBLE CABIN, PICKUP) - LEVEL 3
MEASUREMENT. The measurement of a vehicle extends from the foremost prominent point at the front to the rearmost protruding point at the back, including antennas, trailer hitches, bull bars, etc.
- From 4 meters up to 6.10 meters constitutes a commercial use pickup truck.

CARGO VEHICLE (3-TON TRUCK, HEAVY-DUTY VANS) - LEVEL 4
- It can measure from 4 meters up to 6.60 meters.
- There are extended-length pickup trucks that exceed the traditional measurement and can reach up to 3 tons.
- There are extended-length vans that exceed the traditional measurement and can reach up to 3 tons.
MEDIUM-DUTY TRUCK (RABON) AND/OR SMALL BUS - LEVEL 6
- It can measure from 4 meters up to 6.60 meters.
- Existen pick up largas que rebasan la medida tradicional y llegan a ser 3 ton.
TORTON, TANDEM Y AUTOBUSES – NIVEL 7
A “torton” starts from 9.15 meters and goes up to 11.10 meters.
Any type of truck within these measurements, whether it’s a dump truck, flatbed, box truck, with sides, etc., is considered a “torton.”
SHORT TRAILER AND MOVING TRUCK - LEVEL 8
The measurement of a moving truck and/or short trailer starts from 11.15 meters and goes up to 15.10 meters.
Any type of truck within these measurements, whether it’s a dump truck, flatbed, box truck, with sides, etc., is considered a moving truck or a short trailer.
40-FOOT BOX TRAILER - LEVEL 9
The measurement of a 40-foot trailer starts from 15.15 meters and goes up to 17.60 meters.
Any type of truck within these measurements, whether it’s a dump truck, flatbed, box truck, with sides, etc., is considered a 40-foot trailer.
45-FOOT BOX TRAILER - LEVEL 10
